MMA Grappling Dummy Brazilian JIU Jitsu BJJ Punching Bag for Self Defense Wrestling Judo Karate Boxing Throwing Submission Standing Position - UNFILLED

I bought this grappling dummy for a preteen to practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense drills, and it turned out to be much better than expected. We filled it with old clothes, and even with that simple filling, it ended up surprisingly heavy and solid. It can definitely take a beating — perfect for practicing throws, submissions, and general groundwork without worrying about durability. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a reinforced strap or eyelet so it could double as a hanging heavy bag. That would make it even more versatile for striking practice. Overall, though, it’s well-built, holds up to rough training, and does exactly what we bought it for. Definitely recommend.

Great quality! It is well made and very durable. Easy to fill with old clothes or extra blankets. I purchased this as a gift for my son a year ago and it still looks brand new a year later despite grappling and dragging "John" everywhere possible. It also doubles as a halloween prop "dummy" too, just add a full adult size costume :)

Love it had it for about a month now and use it everyday fabric is strong and sturdy even takes a beating from my 8 and 2 yeah old and you know how they can find was to destroy things

When I tried to fill this with discarded clothes as was recommended by the manufacturer, we found out that it made it very heavy and my son who is a jiu-jitsu student could not use this because it was too heavy. We had to resort to using paper stuffing, which was actually expensive and even that didn’t work well. Unfortunately, by the time we did research and found the stuffing that would work the return window had closed. My son felt bad that we wasted our money on this product and I ended up donating it to Goodwill. Unfortunately, the function did not work for us, and we will not be purchasing another one again.

Not easy to fill! You should spend a lot to fill it completely. But the size is good. Buy something that is already filled.

Great product. Highly recommend, just have to fill it up tightly so it doesn't flop over itself or the stuffing shifts to other area's of the dunny while throwing it around. Only gripe is it won't stand on it's own. And it hasn't got anything to hang it from, like a stand to use it for striking and takedowns.

Very worst product bad quality

Pedi el muñeco grande. Mide aproximadamente 1.75m. Lo rellené con pedazos de tela pero principalmente relleno de fibra de algodón. Estando lleno pesa de 10-15kg. Sirve bien para practicar derribos de judo o ciertas técnicas de sumisión en BJJ. Por el precio está muy bien.
