I purchased this RO water purifier from Amazon, and I am very happy with my decision. The product was delivered on time, and the installation was scheduled quickly. The RO works perfectly and provides clean, fresh-tasting water. The build quality is excellent, and it offers great value for money. I have recently installed the urban company native m1 and using it has been really good. The water taste has enhanced for me as my previous filter had something missing. I specially wanted to mention the installation service from UC. It was incredible experience with the technician. He installed it with a lot of patience and provided a detailed demo and also explained a few things that we should ensure to see if the machine is working fine, to perform a few checks and ensure the machine is not faulty and to reach out immediately in case of any issues, especially in th starting few months of using the machine. Personally, I think their mineral adding filter is a game changer because RO and UV generally removes all essential minerals from the water along with the harmful sediments , so adding that mineral and alkaline filters is something everyone needs in their drinking water and that for me was important. I will continue to assess the water filter and update my feedback in case I find something. But this filter is a package from what I understand after using it for a couple of weeks now.

Filter works very well. Used 3 days now and no issues. Unit looks good. Large in size though, so check dimensions and see whether it fits in your home. Installation was very well coordinated and smooth. No ‘add on’ charges. If exchanging old filter, keep in mind to detach old filter to have ready for handing over to Amazon’s delivery agent. Will post another update after further 1-2 years usage. Will validate filer change period and also cost reduction filter is supposed to provide due to reduced frequency of filter change.

Value for money as I'm using it from past 2 month and it is giving me quality water and filtration works with all features..
