Best quality product with heavy duty motor Better than kent and Aquaguard.

I was looking for a RO for my home and came to know about native RO on urban company app. After some research on Google and watching some youtube videos i finalized this product and waited for the Amazon sale. Now it's about an month I am using this RO and based on that I list some of its pros and cons. Pros: 1. Delivery by Amazon and installation service by UC was fantastic, no complains about that. Installation person was a thorough professional. 2. Water filtration is good. TDS meter is provided with the RO. 3. RO is sleek and can blend easily with any kitchen. 4. Unconditional warranty for 2 years including filters and electrical parts, after 2 years get it's service done with UC and warranty renews again for 2 years. 5. Water flow is good and filtration speed is also decent. 6. Build quality is good. Cons: Actually couldn't find any cons till now but 1 or 2 things I can nitpick 1. Water tap is on upper half so it can be difficult for some younger kids in house to reach depending upon kitchen layout. 2. Maintenance and filter life can be commented upon after long term usage only. Hope this helps in making your decision.

Filter works very well. Used 3 days now and no issues. Unit looks good. Large in size though, so check dimensions and see whether it fits in your home. Installation was very well coordinated and smooth. No ‘add on’ charges. If exchanging old filter, keep in mind to detach old filter to have ready for handing over to Amazon’s delivery agent. Will post another update after further 1-2 years usage. Will validate filer change period and also cost reduction filter is supposed to provide due to reduced frequency of filter change.
