Seriously,I don't understand how this works,so I'm sure some 16th century peasants brain would melt at this marvel.I'd tossed the Idea around about trying breathing strips for sleep and gym use due to my constant congested nose due to season changes and what not. And I had used the walmart equate brand prior(which worked) but they barely stayed on through the night and were very uncomfortable.So I took to Amazon and found this brand after a little digging. Looked promising and was very reasonable in price so I took the chance and ordered.The packaging is pretty cool and the strips are simplistic in design and look just like a black band-aid. I'd say they're roughly 2" long.I put one on at 10am on Monday morning before work and it stayed on until 10am the next day (I generally forgot I had it on).Mind you I live in Ohio and work in a metal shop and we're experiencing fluctuations between warm and cold days but it's been generally cooler so it's hold may be different in hotter climates.Not only is it comfortable but upon application you can feel your nostrils open up,i don't believe it's as drastic of a notice as the magnetic ones I've seen videos on but if you have congestion issues,you can immediately tell the difference in air flow through your nose.All in all,I'd recommend these to everyone and if you enjoy them make sure to order ahead of time as they don't ship same day or next day.

I’ve been using these nasals strips basically every night when I go to sleep. And I must say that I am impressed. I wake up feeling refreshed. Even if I don’t get a full 8 hours of sleep. Im not tired. I can breathe better and deeper. I usually wash my face before applying the nasal strips so it can stick better which actually works. Very easy to use . Very durable. They stay on for the whole night.When I workout with them on, I feel more energized and energetic. Like I can bust through my workout even more because of the fact I can breathe more efficiently. So I give this product a 5 star rating. It’s worth the buy. I’ll be buying more for sure.

So at first I was unsure of these. Mostly because I did not notice the full package in the image photo. I was searching for a NON LATEX product and would suggest making note that this product is in the listing. The product not only was safe for a latex allergy but it stayed in place all night, removed without issues and worked well at night for me to have an enjoyable night. I also learned this product is from a small business with a military lead who sent me a hand written thank you. If you haven't decided to try this product yet I'm not sure what you are waiting on. GO GRAB A FEW THEY ARE AMAZING

I don’t know what kind of witchcraft this is but all I can say is wow! I wasn’t expecting much but as soon as I put the strip on I could breathe! Had it on for a 5k run and even sweating it did not move! Will definitely be a repeat customer

I am glad I found these nasal strips, they are quite good. I usually go for a 5 mile run three times a week and I like to wear these to increase my endurance, they certainly do the job, highly recommended.

Very recomendable product, it’s the first time I buy nasal stripes and this product has given me a lot of confidence. It arrived in perfect conditions, works perfectly and it actually helps to improve your respiration in general. A part it gives you real good information about how to use it and what you have to be aware of, finally the design of the product is really worked out which makes it look even more professional.

Worked good for 20 mins of my 30 min run. One side of the strip begin to peel away and had to discard 2/3 of the way. I'm a heavy sweater. Houston humidity is tough.Still will continue to use.
