CHANGING YOUR EATING HABITS CAN SPARE YOUR LIFE!!!
I like the fact that this book teaches fundamental truths about you and your blood types when it comes to eating certain foods. Blood type factors into your diet. I've never thought about that until I begin to read this book. If you figure out your blood type then this book can have you eating correct foods that could actually reverse some of your aches and pains that have come from eating the wrong types of food. Check it out!! If you went to get a blood transfusion, you would need to match with someone who shares your blood type, right? Likewise, eating foods that match your blood type can give you a healthy lifestyle. It's worth the try!

It's not a diet!
This book is for anyone who wants to be healthier. I had never previously heard of anything like it. My husband borrowed a friends' copy and brought it home for me to take a look at. I was so impressed that I bought a copy for our family. We have been using the principals in the book for about a month now, and I can't believe how good I feel! My husband and I struggled with our weight and not feeling well for years. We thought we were eating all the right things, but we didn't have energy to make it through the day, much less exercise. Now we feel great - we didn't realize we were eating the wrong foods for our bodies. Since eating the right things for our bodies my husband has lost 22 pounds, and I no longer have hypoglycemic episodes, plus we have gotten our cholesterol under control, and my autoimmune issues no longer flare (plus I don't have mood swings anymore)! We now have energy to exercise, and we are feeling great!! This is not Not NOT a diet - this is a lifestyle adjustment that is laid out clearly in the book, and very easy to follow! For example, I shouldn't eat corn, but I should eat avocados - I love avocados!! My husband and I like the foods we are supposed to be eating, and we can eat the right foods on a small budget. I just can't believe how good we feel that I can't stop telling everyone!

hard to do
First of all, I do not believe in infomercials. Second, I do not see any hard evidence to support this theory.This author calls himself a doctor. I do not see MD behind his name. Some of what he says is true, but most of it is only theory. It is impossible to get many of the products he mentioned in the book. Ezekiel bread, millet bread, rice bread,spelt pasta,Braggs Amino, i can not find in my GNC store. I live in a small town and we do not have any other health stores. I don't even know what some of this stuff is!. Now I like the meal replacements and snack products. Naturally he sells these on his web site. In spite of all of this I am going to try the 21 day starter program. I have to be suspicious of anyone that writes a diet book and sells the products. I wish he would sell the products I can not find.

l little hard to do, but worth it.
I bought this book to try to lose some weight. I have followed it pretty much for three months now and have lost 13 pounds. I am blood type O, so I am not supposed to eat wheat, dairy, or citrus. I am supposed to eat some meat too. Since I live in a small community, some of the products are difficult to find such as wheat/gluten free products and nondairy alternatives. I do not eat red meat, but only a little chicken and fish also. I think it does work, but you need to exercise too. I feel very good on this diet and am seeing a big difference in how my clothes fit. Nothing works overnight though!

Best diet/lifestyle book
I bought this book when my weight loss had plateaued. this book helped jump start my metabolism and help me lose the last 30 pounds and keep it off almost effortlessly (well, of course it requires some thought and planning). I made permanent lifestyle changes, like switching from milk/half n half in coffee to soy creamer, because that is right for my bloodtype (A), and other lasting changes, like switching to gluten free bread. For someone who hates dieting, restrictions, and other very strict plans, this book was perfect for me to make small, effective choices to help me to acheive my weightloss goals. It has been life changing. I've bought 2 copies so I can loan the book to friends (they all want to know my "secret"). Price on Amazon is great as well!

Very good reading and reading puts me to sleep because i dislike staring at words but these word are worth staring
I've seen this book months ago but didn't purchase. I thought to myself another false losing weight book to add to my collection. This book allowed me to read the free sample and also i was watching a new sow call "Life with Creflo" senior pastor/founder of world changers church intl. I just received it and i am on chapter two. This is what I am preparing to do on 9/1/2015 I will start this body transformation. I am really all over this book. Jumping chapters looking at the recipes and strength training, so I I recommend you buy your blood type only if that's what you're looking for but i ended up with the main book (mothership) and bought my blood type too. I will get back to this review after my 28 day jump start. If you don't want to do a lot of reading stick with just your blood type but if you want the original structure buy the( mothership) bloodtype bodytype so I recommend both.

Ripoff Artist
This author steals all of his information form Peter D'Adamo and never gives any credit. In addition, he pushes his conservative Christian agenda down your throat. I was highly disappointed that the author never cited D'Adamo's work. He continually cited himself and previous books. Simply disgusting. It amazes me how someone can get a book published that is entirely a rewording of a highly respected scientist and no one questions this.

It is a dynamic book that helps other to focus on excellent eating habits.
this book helps me to stay healthy; it reveals blood types and the foods that I am suppose to eat. It helps me to stay feeling so great because I now eat foods that matches my blood type. There are menu for every meal and exercise instructions. I haven't prepare anything from the menu yet, but I follow the guidelines of eating the foods that matches my blood. I feel terrific following the steps. I have been committed to this for over three years.

The book is an eye opener for any health conscious person!
Wow! What an excellent book! Some aches and inflammatory pain in going away as I avoid certain books according to my blood group. This book has help me understand why I would feel unwell after eating certain foods. Now I know for sure they are my " avoid foods"!
