Great investment!
I was skeptical at first, but I'm so thankful I made this purchase. This product should be in every physiotherapist arsenal! Doesn't look like it does much, but it's worth every penny, if you put in the work! I had knee surgery and I use this every single day to get my range of motion back, yes it hurts like heck, but it absolutely has helped 100%!! Super easy to use, just put your foot on it, and pull the ropes as far back as you can! The ropes help to not let it slide too far, and helps to pull your leg in as far back as you can and hold that range for a few seconds to get that stretch! Also, no assembly, just pull it out of the bag, and start your physio!

Helpful for knee replacements
This slide was perfect for continuing my rehab exercise for my total knee replacement at home. Therapist and PA were pleased with my progress which help shorten the number of my therapy sessions..

A definite must have after a TKR operation
Will definitely help to bring my TKR leg muscles as they were before my knee operation. It is the easiest physiotherapy you can do while watching TV.

for Post knee replacement or any knee or leg recovery
this product is good and can work to help you recover at your own pace. very simple to use and it came out of the bag ready to use. The cord works as pull rope and it's as simple as pulling you exttended foot/leg out and slowly drawing the foot/leg back towards you slowly. Would Recommend showing it to your Orthopedic doctor or Physical therapist just to make sure. Range of Motion post Knee replacement is so important.
