Hard to find games, slow and even stops playing on some games

Fun toy. IT does have tons of games for nintendo, sega etc. The only negative so far is that it only has 32 games for atari 2600. It only goes through the letter A. I pulled out sd card and it is almost maxed out. There is 4gb of room left. If I can find the roms I assume they can be added to the device. IT does take a bit of time about 4 min to fully boot up but when running it seems smooth and I have no issues playing games. I got this for $50 so it is still worth the price and I will be keeping it.

I grow with a lot of handheld gaming devices, and as an adult gets hard to be able to play the games now that everything’s been getting out of hand as far as pricing. This is a great solution for anyone who likes to play on the go or maybe on lunchtime it has a lot of selection to choose from and it makes it convenient to charge and take with you. The portable factor of it is great because it has all the buttons that you need to play all the games that it can support. It also comes with a nice little case and some cables to charge it on the go. It’s a nice gift for anyone who is thinking about the gamer in their life. I’m really enjoying the capabilities of mine and still am exploring the wider array of options. It’s definitely a good consideration for a starter device.

I really liked this product, then I really had some issues with it. I was really happy at first with the game options and the ease of use, there are however a few issues I have. Pros: there is a plethora of games to enjoy. The ease and use of the navigation is so nice for everyone, even beginners in the emulator world. Cons: the buttons are bulky and often aren't crisp and don't do the function you want them to. Saving is easy but often overrides your saves. It doesn't always run at full speed with games on N64, PS or PSP. Pros: comfortable in the hands with the grips on the back. Great screen size! The screen is massive for the games you want to play! The case and screen protector are great for defense and portability. Verdict: while it's missing more power and can mess up your saves while having control issues, this product is great for the amount of games it comes with and ease of use with a larger than normal screen.

I was honestly skeptical at first, but this retro gaming console completely surprised me in the best way. The quality is great, the colors look fantastic, and it’s incredibly easy to use and charge. My husband absolutely loves it! He was so excited to find old vintage games he never thought he’d get to play again in his life. Seeing that nostalgia and joy made this such a special gift. I can’t really list any negatives because it was a present for him, but he uses it every week, which says everything. I highly recommend this console for husbands, kids, or anyone looking for a fun, affordable alternative to the expensive gaming systems out there. Perfect mix of nostalgia, entertainment, and value!

Instant nostalgia. There are thousands of retro games preloaded as advertised (it runs on a Linux base) and about 20-30 major titles preloaded for PS1 and Nintendo DS. I played one game from each emulator and they all work great! The display is bright and clear and although at first it feels like, “Man, this really isn’t that ergonomic to hold,” I quickly realized…that’s how these handhelds used to be, haha. The console also comes with a detailed instruction manual. Make sure you read it before using it, as it gives useful information you’d probably not figure out on your own, including a bit on how to load ROMs on your own! There are also debugging tips, but I’ve not needed those yet. Oh, and there’s a slot for a second microSD—and 1 already included! Overall, very satisfied.

The chip is not the upgrade which it did advertise when purchased. Some games do not run.

turned it on once got to have a look at the main menu then went black - won't boot up from that point on Fully charged - makes sounds occationally - tried resetting / cycling power - left off for a couple days and tried again
