Miracle Worker
My GI recommended this product to me. It works! That bedtime reflux lost the battle with this stuff. Use at night as it does help going to sleep, too.

Ok taste, works for reflux
The taste leaves a little to be desired. I bought the one with melatonin and that was not good for me personally. The product works, just wish it tasted better. I got the berry flavor. I recently had the opp to try the lemon ginger flavor and good grief it's awful, tastes like soap. Definitely stick with the berry one.

I did not like the taste. It was bitter. For the money I thought it would be much more pleasant. I have had another brand and both flavors were very good. It does work. Just unpleasant to taste and has an after taste.

Best Alginate Product
It the best alginate product I've tried. It helps with the reflux and doesn't irritate my throat. It doesn't have too much sodium like one of the others.

Did not work for me.
Did not work at all. Still had heartburn after using according to the directions. 30 min. later it was like I'd never taken it at all.

Acid might be what you need instead of trying to suppress it
Look up silent reflux first on YouTube. Adjust your eating and sleeping. You may need more acid, not less. When food sits in your stomach for too long, you have acid that is trying to digest it. You got to bed, and the vaper from that acid is slowly coming up, not a liquid but a gas. Your body reacts by setting your sinus glands in action to coat your esophagus. Not dust mites or allergies, but stomach acid vapor. Good Luck with your journey it took me 30 years to learn what I was doing wrong.
