LOVE - Delish, rich flavor and great relaxation without being too strong
Love this blend all the way around! Great flavor - rich, chocolatey, creamy (I do good splash of coconut milk). It definitely helps me relax and sleep well, without being overly sedative and without any kind of “hang-over” or grogginess in the AM (as is the case for some with melatonin). This is their one option that is melatonin-free, and has all of the exact same ingredients/quanity as their original formula (just sans melatonin). I love it and am on my 2nd package now!

Catch some Zzz’s
I used Beam’s Melatonin Free formulation throughout my whole pregnancy and all of the associated insomnia (first and third trimester, amiright?!). My OB was really impressed with the ingredients when I showed him, so much so that he referred the product to his wife! Tastes great, the perfect night time treat to help you sleep.

HATE THIS
Giving this a 1 star because I can’t do 0 stars. This product did the exact opposite of what it says. It definitely taste good but I couldn’t fall asleep, was tossing and turning all night. Had super bad anxiety. Made me feel high and not in a good way. I feel super out of it today. My head hurts, my eyes are heavy, and i am having bad anxiety.

Works well for sleep aid.
Tastes good. Does help getting to sleep and staying asleep longer. Waaaay too expensive. If we continue to tolerate prices like these for products that work, prices will continue to rise!

Nice way to end a day.
This is so helpful if you have trouble sleeping . It mixes well with milk of your choice or water, it also tastes great. It is pricey but I do recommend trying for yourself.
