I've been using Nakpro Creatine for a while now, and this is actually my third pack. I usually buy either Nakpro or Tata 1mg Creatine, depending on which one is cheaper. Right now, Tata 1mg is around ₹300, so I decided to buy Nakpro. From my personal experience, both creatines have given me excellent results and no any side effects . Before taking creatine, I could do around **20 push-ups**, and I would get tired very quickly. Now, I can easily do **50 push-ups without feeling exhausted**, and if I really push myself, I can even do around **100 reps**. Pull-ups have also become much easier, and I noticed learning skills like the **planche** became easier as my strength and recovery improved. Of course, I know these improvements came from **consistent training, good nutrition, and creatine together**, not just creatine alone. In terms of effectiveness, I haven't noticed any difference between Nakpro and Tata 1mg. Both are budget-friendly, good-quality creatines that work really well for me. The reason I'm giving Nakpro **4 stars instead of 5** is because of two small issues: * The mixability isn't as good as Tata 1mg. * It comes in a plastic pouch, which makes storage less convenient. Tata 1mg mixes much better and comes in a plastic bottle, so I'd personally give it **5 stars**. A few months ago, I tried a random creatine brand and ended up with a very bad stomach ache, so I threw the whole pack away. Since then, I've only trusted **Nakpro** and **Tata 1mg**. Both have been safe for me, affordable, and have given me excellent results. Overall, I definitely recommend Nakpro Creatine if you're looking for a good budget option. The only reason for 4 stars is the mixability and packaging. Otherwise, the quality and results are excellent.

Good but not the best!!!
Not the best creatine monohydrate I'd say, but it gets the job done! 👍🏻✅ And the is not good at all I will say choose the flavoured one!
