T/Gel Scalp Relief, 250ml

I was struggling with psoriasis and very itchy scalp. I've tried many thing, including prescribed steroid based gels that were giving just very short relief and required often application and sleep with them. I'm so glad I've found this product a while ago! Together with increased vitamin B12 intake it made a huge difference!! It's effective and with regular use I've forgot what psoriasis looks like! What I also love that it does not feel like some therapeutic shampoos being smelly and leaving your hair like it's still greasy. No, with this T/Gel the hair looks and feels clean too! It's not a huge bottle, but you actually don't need much - it spreads really well. I'm able to use a bottle for several months with regular use (3 times per week). So great longevity too. Was pleasantly surprised with how well this works. Was recommend this by a friend who swears by it. I’ve suffered with dry, itchy scalp for a few years now. (For context I have thick curly hair). Thought it was due to pregnancy at the time but it didn’t go away. I washed my hair once with this shampoo and immediately I noticed a difference. No flaking, or itchiness whatsoever. Even after I blow dried and styled my hair. The only downside for me is that I my hair felt very dry after washing like it stripped my hair of all my natural oils. However I would still use it but definitely recommend using your normal shampoo alongside this. Doesn’t smell at all of anything. It’s consistent is gel like hence the name. Overall great product and does what it says. *it’s been a week now and still no sign of flakiness or itching.

I've had psoriasis since my early teens. I used to use Polytar but the smell was very strong so I switched to Neutrogena and I'm so glad I did! Scent wise it's very mild so now I feel less self conscious about my hair smelling like a medicated shampoo! I found that a little goes a long way too so it's definitely worth the cost. Usually by day two I needed to treat my scalp before the itching drives me around the bend but with Neutrogena by the time I'm due to wash my hair it's been 4 days! I wouldn't go with any other brand now that I've tried this!

This did actually work and stopped my scalp from itching, so I’m happy with the results. The downsides for me are the smell, which is quite strong, the bottle is pretty small and it’s quite expensive for what you get. That said, it does what it’s supposed to do, which is the main thing.

I’ve been dealing with dandruff for the past 2–3 years, but after moving to Dubai in 2024, my hair fall increased and my scalp became even worse. I wasn’t sure if it was because of the water or the weather, but nothing was helping. I tried so many products, including Nizoral and other anti-dandruff shampoos, but none of them worked well for me. A few days ago, I saw a doctor on Facebook recommending the Neutrogena anti dandruff shampoo. I wanted to make sure I got the authentic product, so I searched for it on Amazon. Even though I wasn’t 100% sure if it would be original, I ordered it anyway because I was really fed up I couldn’t even style my hair properly for work. I received it the day before yesterday and have already used it twice. Honestly, I felt the difference immediately. After the second wash, my hair wasn’t frizzy anymore, and today was my third day using it. The doctor in the reel recommended using it for 3 days continuously and then 2–3 times per week afterward. I really wanted to share my experience for anyone struggling with dandruff. Give it a try you will feel the difference. It’s reasonably priced on Amazon, and so far, it’s the best product I’ve used for scalp issues. Highly recommended! ♥️🫶🏻
