Great product! Must have every morning before & during my workout.

This is my go-to pre workout.

I'm always amused when people use superlatives to describe the effects of supplements. If it's working, the short-term effects will be imperceptible. If it's working too well, you'll likely be dizzy and nauseous. Results take time. I've been taking BCAA for a while now. I take it when I wake up and before and after workouts. I haven't noticed any super-energy boosts, but I have noticed increased stamina. Over time, I've also noticed that my weight has stabilized. As for the taste, at first, I didn't like it. Now, I'm used to it. Mixing it with a little stronger (2+ scoops in 6-8 ounces of water) tastes quite pleasant. Just be aware that it's not soda, and it's not supposed to be.

I'm not a body builder. I don't even go to the gym. (Although I might if there was one where I live. However, my job involves alot of sustained physical activity for 6-8 hour stretches. Some days up to 10-12 hours. Two doctors I know (husband and wife) turned me on to this product. Honestly, it feels like my body says thank you when I drink it. I feel like my body absorbs it.I like the taste just fine. For me I use about a single scoop in about 6 ozs of water. I don't remember what they recommend, nd I'm too lazy to get up to go look. I tried a different brand of BCAAs that was horrible tasting. And it didn't have the same affect overall.
