Like Cointreau but grown up
I’ve been a big Cointreau fan for most of my adult life. I always have a bottle on the go. I tend to drink it straight or with ice. So I gave the Noir a try. It has the underlying taste of standard Cointreau but then the smooth Brandy kicks in. I would avoid the blood orange variant and go straight to Black

Me voy a convertir al final en reseñador de buenas viandas "Amazónicas"...en éste caso les ha "tocado" a los franceses deleitarnos con este "elixir" tan especial.Siempre intento dar un punto de vista natural y que se aleje un poco de los "entendidos" que se ponen a dar sabores y notas "fantasmagóricas" como que le dejan "un toque de cuero" en el paladar cual si fuera un perfume...Bueno lo que interesa es que está para saborearlo sólo,acompañado de unos buenos dulces y a disfrutar de lo exquisito que nos va quedando.Merci et a bientot.SALUD

コニャック（葡萄）ベースでオレンジリキュールを作るとこうなるのか！ という、とても香りのいいリキュールです。 単純に足しただけでなく、歴史に裏打ちされたものがあるのでしょう。 複雑な味わいは、例えるより味わってみる方が早いと思います。 甘さはそれなりに感じますが、甘ったるいほどではないです。 ロック、ソーダ割り、カクテルベースなど用途は広く楽しめますね。 ステーキを焼く時や、そのソース作りに少し加えると別次元にアップした料理になりました。 もちろん、お菓子作りには様々に使えますね。 精油やエッセンスでない、ホンモノの香り付けになります。
