Defective batch – wasted a lot of prints I’ve used DNP media before and never had issues, but this batch was a big disappointment. After I started using it, a large number of prints kept coming out unusable. It wasn’t just an occasional bad print — it was consistent enough that I ended up wasting a significant portion of the roll. I initially thought it might be the printer, but after switching back to a different media, everything worked perfectly again. So this definitely seems like a problem with the paper/ribbon in this package. Unfortunately, by the time I realized it wasn’t a one-off issue, I had already gone through quite a bit of the media. At that point, it was too late to return. For something marketed for event and professional use, this is pretty frustrating. Pros: When it works, print quality is what you’d expect from DNP Cons: High number of defective prints Wasted media and time Not reliable for events or client work Bottom line: I may have just gotten a bad batch, but based on this experience, I’d be cautious. Not something I’d trust for important jobs.
