A bit high in calories but otherwise really great! I prefer it cold.
I was introduced to a breakfast of Cheerios with a cold bottle of Ensure (original Vanilla!) and MAN is it good, even better with a banana! The sugar content is perhaps a bit high, but it is a delish combination and a great way to start the day.

You can’t go wrong with this product I remember years ago years ago my mom drank that to gain weight. I prefer the vanilla it’s got a very good taste. It’s giving me more energy and it’s helped me gain some weight which needed to happen. I’m too skinny, but I put it on my every month delivery
