I have been using this fish oil for 8+ months now. I bought it mainly for omega-3 support and overall health. The capsules are easy to take, and I did not face any major fishy aftertaste when taken after food. Over time, I have felt better daily energy and less tiredness. I also had fatty liver concerns earlier, and my health has improved while using this along with diet and lifestyle changes. I cannot say this alone fixed it, but I do feel it has been a useful part of my routine. A small tip from my side: I store my omega 3 capsules in the fridge, as I find this helps keep them fresh for longer and reduces the chance of the fish oil going rancid, especially in warm weather. With 1500 mg of EPA and DHA, it gives a much higher amount compared to many regular omega 3 supplements, so I do not need to take several capsules to get a good dose. I usually take it with a meal and have found the softgels easy enough to swallow. The 120 softgel pack is another thing I liked because it lasts for a good amount of time. The capsules feel well made and I have not had any major stomach discomfort while taking them. I also did not notice a strong fishy smell from the bottle, which is something I personally look for with fish oil supplements. There are a couple of things I did not like. The softgels are quite large, so they may not be comfortable for everyone to swallow. The price is also on the higher side compared with basic omega 3 supplements. For me, the higher EPA and DHA content makes the price more reasonable, but it is still something to consider before buying. Overall, I am satisfied with this supplement. The high EPA and DHA content, 120 softgel pack, and good overall quality are the main positives for me. The large capsule size and higher price are the main negatives. Storing it in the fridge has also worked well for me, especially because of the warm weather where I live.
