Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA) Self

Wish it had a better description of the 5 areas for debrief of scores. It has potential to give a good assessment of EI.

This was a book for my class for my PsyD program. The book came earlier than I anticipated and was/is useful to me during the class and I hop afterwards.

Great way to find out how your interactions with others affect them!

Pages did not stay together and started falling apart on day one! Not worth the money I paid either.
