Olay Super Serum Body Wash for Rough & Bumpy Skin, Hydrating & Renewing Serum Complex with Exfoliating Minerals for Luminous Skin, 18.5 fl oz

I tried this on a recommendation from a makeup forum, and was surprised that a body wash could really be "that" different. The Olay Super Serum body wash has a pleasant, not-overwhelming scent, a creamy consistency and really leaves the skin moisturized. The scent is a sort of coconut-vanilla-floral, very mild and doesn't leave a strong scent on your skin. I don't like strong scents and this one is mild enough for me to be comfortable with. I'm older, so I do have the problem of showers drying out my skin. This shower gel is noticeably better at leaving my skin soft and not papery-dry. I actually started looking forward to showers because my skin felt really wonderful afterwards. I'm older, so dry skin is an issue for us post-70 people. Even the bottle is well-designed; it has a wider base, so it sits without toppling in my shower. I went through a large bottle right away--leaving the other shower gels I have at home behind because I like this one so well. You get a really good amount in the bottle. It is about 2x as costly as some of the other drugstore-grocery store brands but still lasts a long time. Ingredients include shea butter, a good moisturizer, and there are no phthalates or silicones. Compared to the Dove body wash I was using, much more moisturizing (I think because the Dove doesn't have shea butter, which really is a fantastic moisturizer.)

The dry skin on my old legs is gone! The condition is much better, softer, smoother, fewer wrinkles. The scent is great! I bout the lotion as well, when I saw how good the shampoo works.

this is a 12/10 body wash!! it’s gentle enough to moisturize and exfoliate! smells great and give you radiant skin! worth every penny!!

The Oil of Olay Super Serum Body was does exactly what you would expect from Olay. It is high quality. It refreshed my dry skin nicely without leaving an oily film on my body. The scent is light an very nice. I use it everday and it keeps my skin moisturized. The one thing I hate about this product is the annoying way it needs to be opened initially. To unseal it you need to tighten the cap to the bottle and then spin the spout about 20 times until it pops. This is not intuitive and can be very confusing. Pros - Great Moisturier, Nice Smell, easy to Pump Cons - Hard to open for some, little pricier tan competitors

I'm over 50 living at a high altitude desert climate. My skin is ROUGH! Or, was. This body wash took care of it, without spending hours exfoliating! My skin has never been this soft and smooth! I had the full effect after about a week. The scent is wonderful too, and the bottle lasts a long time.

My KP is pretty bad lately and I was absolutely hating my skin. I’d liked Olay’s night time retinol in shower body moisturizer that it seems they’ve discontinued and I was kinda hyped for this product. One pump gives you plenty of product, it gets plenty of lather in my shower pouf and the foam is really nice. Normally every body wash dries my skin out no matter how hydrating, I can *almost* skip moisturizer with this. I was pretty overwhelmed by the scent though, it’s VERY strong and lingers a long time- I wish they’d make a toned down version. Within a week I did notice the texture of my skin was less dry and the redness was much better. It works so well though that I bought the body cream in the jar too and am eyeing other products in the line. I just wish it smelled like the body cream, the body wash is blue and smells very woodsy and almost masculine and like I said, lasts a long time, which is great if you like it! However even my objection to the smell can’t get me to rank it less when it works so well improving my skin’s texture and appearance so much. I think the price point is fair for something that ACTUALLY WORKS.

I love this body wash! It has a nice (not overwhelming) scent and it is cleansing and moisturizing at the same time. I like having a body wash with a pump. I keep it sitting in the shower and never have to pick it up. Two pumps on my loofah sponge/bath puff foams up nicely and cleans my whole body.

I have dry skin and it’s gotten drier as I’ve gotten older so I was looking for something more moisturizing. The good news is that it is VERY moisturizing. Left my skin feeling super soft, smells a little more perfumey than I prefer but not bad, I ended up liking the scent a lot actually. It doesn’t really lather much, but that’s fine, it was doing what I wanted, I was so happy. The bad news is that I started noticing weird little almost mini body acne here and there, then some odd little rashy dots, like if hives were more chill. At first I was hoping this was being caused by a new body lotion because I don’t want to believe the worst of my beloved new body wash but I am forced to accept….I am allergic to it. I’m heartbroken!!! I love it!!!!!!

I was really looking forward to using this body wash. I have sensitive skin, so I checked out the reviews/ratings, and some people said it didn't irritate their skin while others said it did . You never really know until you try it yourself, right? The first time I used it, my skin felt super soft and moisturized, so I didn't even need lotion after my shower. Plus, it smells amazing! Unfortunately, after using it again, it totally irritated my skin.
