Worked great initially, have had it for barely a year and now won’t turn on or charge. Disappointed in the life of the massage gun, expected a few years, it left than one. ***Update 1/30/26, after the battery went out, decided to try reaching out to customer service. They were very good and in no time actually sent a replacement. Great piece of mind on a really good product.

This product is no joke! After a ton of research I went ahead and grabbed this T2 model based on mostly positive reviews but skeptical that I didn’t see many negatives. Now that I own one I see why, it is incredibly powerful even at the lowest setting. I love the variety of attachments it came with even though I haven’t used anything but the ball. I love that it came with a case and a charger and the device itself feels very high quality. It has worked wonders for my peroneal tendinitis!

First unit had a defective battery. But Bob and Brad's Customer Service was pleasant and quickly replaced the item with a new unit which works just fine. Great value for the price.
