Highly Recommend!
I have struggled with getting my leg fully straight in PT and at home post knee replacement. Most of the exercises given REALLY hurt so I dreaded doing them. I often ended up feeling worse after aggressive PT. Enter Ideal Knee. Itโs easy to use, you can feel the stretch but no pain! Iโve made more progress in two weeks than I had in 2 months! Yes, itโs a little pricey but so worth it. Even my walking gait has improved. Give it a go!

This really works to help you stretch without a lot of discomfort.
This was my favorite piece of exercise equipment after my total knee replacement. This really helped me stretch and it helped to release the tightness in my muscles for the most relief. It is very well made and sturdy. They had one just like this one at physical therapy. It is easy to adjust to get the right fit for the length of your leg. I highly recommend this if you have a knee replacement. It was one of the easiest exercises to do.

Doc said use it to promote full extension to the knee so you're not slightly bent when you think you're straight (usually during heavier swelling pos op). Kept using it, so good I did it to both legs (the old replacement on the other knee responded too).

IdealKnee is very simple and very effective
I had total knee replacement a month ago and I'm having trouble with extension (stuck on 2-3). My friend recommended this IdealKnee to me. The build quality is very good and it is very easy to use. It has several adjustments to fit the length of your leg. Some other reviews have mentioned that their leg didn't fit between the bars, but I have pretty thick legs and mine are ok. I wouldn't let this concern you though. You could always use a towel to prop it up as needed. It arrived in a pretty big box and included directions for assembly and also a stretching plan to get you started toward you goal. The design is like a lot of other knee extension devices I looked at and I thought the price was OK. Is it worth $140? It was a lot cheaper than some I looked at and can tell you the build quality is fantastic. Bottom line is it does what it is supposed to do and if I can get my extension to 0, I will have no regrets.
