Nice taste good value
I have been working outside during the hottest part of the day and find these help replenish the salt I have lost due to sweating you only need one sachet per day along with additional water they taste nice and not synthetic and are good value for money I also found they are good quality and seem to work well

Very salty taste
As the name suggests, very salty tasing. If this is what you are looking for, then perfect, as the flavours are good with the salt, but if you dont like salty electrolytes (which i dont), dont go for this one.

Reduced my hemiplegic migraines
I have been using this for a few months now and have found it has really helped lower the amount of hemiplegic migraines that I have, I am feeling better in general too, I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review but I now feel I could not do without it. I have one a day and mix it in a large Stanley cup of water with ice. My favourite flavour is the mango just lovely. Thank you Salty Boost.

Could not post an 0 rating but truly is 0. Taste is plastic, sickly and artificial, totally undrinkable product and not available for refund ….. an absolute waste of money. Horrid!
