A very effective insect catcher.
A very effective device for managing insects at home.

certainly thins out the numbers
Generally works well although I have sometimes seen flies walking on the glue board quite happily. Seems to get them in the end. I like the fact it is a glue board because it doesn’t spread aerosols of fly innards around the kitchen like an electrocution trap allegedly can. It also avoids the potential hazards of such a high voltage device. I understand from internet research that UV traps do not attract all types of insect so it may not work at all on fruit flies for example. It attracted my houseflies no problem. This device may not remove 100% of flies but it certainly thins out the numbers for us so well worth it in my book.

Not good
Not effective at all!! I saw flies fly in and then leave!!!! Bought 2 cost £90. The. Bought fly strips for £2 which did the job!

Fly killer
A little disappointed because the flies don't seem to be attracted to it. We live near a farm and over the summer months have at least 10 flies in the kitchen each day. This machine doesn't attract them but I have noticed a number of flies on the internal glue board so I will persevere.

Excellent fly catcher
Perfect for my kitchen . A stylish and effective unit that looks great on my kitchen side . We are surrounded by fields so often have lots of flies in our kitchen . Overnight the unit had managed to catch 10 flies . Very impressed with this unit . Would recommend

This item does not work.
This item will not kill flies or insects in anywhere there is light and is useless and was returned as it is not fit for purpose.

Beware the cost of replacement glueboards
Stylish and compact, but beware the cost of replacement glueboards, (one per month) which at around £4 a time soon start to add up.

Useless - it doesn't work
I didn't purchase mine from Amazon (found it cheaper online elsewhere) .......... but frankly, don't bother. It is absolutely useless. Flies are not attracted to it and I've tried it in various places

Tuvimos que devolver el producto al encontrarnos que a pesar de ser anunciado y vendido en España, llegó con el enchufe de formato NO europeo, es decir, con el de tres pines usado en Reino Unido.
