Mixes well and no bitter taste
I ordered this and it never shipped, jacked reached out to me and took care of it very hassle free! So that alone is something to be said about the company! Since I’ve started the product though, it dissolved nice and clean, even better than more normal creatine! I have other hmb products that taste very bitter, I don’t notice the bitterness with this, it may be there, but I mix it with my preworkout and don’t notice it! To early to notice performance enhancement, but after reading into hmb more, I see it may also help cholesterol! If it does that, I’m continuing just for that! I like the stuff, will continue using!

Very satisfied with the product and will continue to take
I am 64 years old. And I wanted to wait to see if there were any significant changes to my physique and my strength before I gave a review. And after starting the creatine about a month ago. I have notice a definite increase in my strength. And I haven’t experienced any stomach issues. And I have noticed an increase in my dumbbell chest press, leg press, hamstring curl, squats and bicep curls. And I am hitting numbers that I hadn’t been able to prior to starting the creatine.

Quick recovery times and gains in strength and endurance
In just a couple weeks, I saw much muscle gains. Felt like I was able to recover faster and still had energy to do cardio in the same day. Also felt my strength and endurance increase when mountain biking. Though that could have been due to my work out plan as well.
