Dremel Blueprint Portable Saw Station with 12V Brushless Compact Circular Saw and Multi-Purpose Cutting Case (CS12V-S1C)

I had an old off brand miter saw that I somehow acquired or inherited years ago and that I used on various diy projects around the house. The locking device for the bevel angle was broken so it was limited in its use. Nonetheless I have struggled though and improvised various solutions. But with a larger project coming up that needed lots of cuts I thought it was time for something new. While shopping I came across this kit. In one day I did so much with it that it paid for itself. It is my new favorite tool. It is so compact, versatile and easy to use and store. That it potentially replaces several tools. The saw is great. But it is really the case and included accessories that are the star of the show. These quickly convert the hand saw into a mini miter saw and table saw with built-in rails, guides and clamps. So easy, portable and pleasant to use. Highly recommended even if you already have "adult tools". If you don't already own table and miter saws this maybe all you need to trim-out your dining room or install a hexagonal coffered ceiling in the master! No knowing where this fun little unit can take you.

I’ve never used a saw in my life. I’ve been wanting to do some work around the house and after teaching myself how to do the flooring in my daughter‘s room, I decided to make this purchase so I could learn how to add the trim. What you receive is exactly as shown. I really like how compact everything is and that I can fold it up when done and store it conveniently inside the home. It’s not bulky that needs to be out in the shed. The laser provides a nice guide, and I like the tools included to hold the piece in place. Now keep in mind this is not for large and thick pieces of wood. And really read the instructions to ensure you have a good first use experience. I did attach the vacuum after reading some other reviews stating that it doesn’t really work. I somewhat agree however it is good to use with the vacuum so you do not have as much of the dust flying around. Overall, an excellent purchase and I highly recommend for first timers like myself. I already have a list of other things I want to tackle Using this tool.

Dremel Blueprint Saw Good quality, compact, and very easy to store. As a woman and beginner, it made my room makeover so much easier to handle without feeling complicated or overwhelming. It’s lightweight, practical, and simple to use, which really helped me get my projects done with confidence. I love it and would definitely recommend it for small home DIY work.

All good so far. except the batteries. This blueplrint station comes with 2.0A battery. it lasted for A FEW cuts of LVT. couldnt even make 8 cuts. I also bought extra battery (3.0A), but it was not enuf. Used this for my job and it did not meet my requirement. but if you are DIYer, you can give a shot. still cheaper than table saw/miter saw.

I finally bought the Dremel blueprint & an extra blade & battery. Lol, waiting for the deep freeze to end to use it on my Tiny Home in storage (battery operated is a plus). The Dremel blueprint is the answer to my prayers; no longer do you have to buy oversized expensive equipment to do finishing work around the house. This portable saw station has a small footprint with everything you need, self contained & easy to use in it's own case with a handle. I'll be able to use my old bed slats for my bay window seat and cut wood to put on the wall next to my bed; I can now custom cut legs for my floating end of kitchen counter, also make custom shudders for the windows. Everyone has projects that they want to complete, but can't afford the equipment or be able to store it; too expensive to hire someone to do it for Ya. The price points on this set up is wonderful, and that's why no one should be without the ability to create, and or fix what is needed done without breaking the bank. 100% Recommend!

I love this little Dremel Portable Saw Station! The saw is so handy that I use it for everything. The station is great for small, hobby stuff or if you are doing trim work. It is great for finding corners on trim. But I use the saw to cut one by fours and they zip right off. I don't even have to hold both ends. The saw is so small and compact that you can hold it with one hand and do all of your cuts. I have used it to cut several boards and it hasn't dulled yet. I just love this little saw. The station comes with clamps to hold down your wood while you are cutting it and it has an angle finder to set the angle for you. This is such a smart idea that Dremel came up with. I definitely recommend it.

I am a female in my late 50s, and I’m sick of asking my husband to help me with small projects. I love this multi saw! I have no trouble using it on my own, I can create any picture frame, do molding, and all sorts of small projects. My husband has even used it to cut hardwood floor because the depth is shallow and it’s easy to use. Only difficulty is finding replacement blades for fine wood/teeth. The blade it comes with rips up some of my smaller moldings, and we purchased a replacement at Home Depot, but wish there were multiple circular blade types that you could purchase.

Just added this to my dremel collection and it’s portable and lightweight, really enjoying this tool

I've had this for a day and have used with the saw station to cut some trim. I've also used it to saw a piece of melamine in half lengthwise. For someone who had no experience with power tools ( I only own a drill), this is an amazing little tool. I watched a few videos on how to use it safely just to be sure and using the saw station was a breeze. I taped my cut line and the cut was quite smooth, same for the melamine. It is not too powerful, which is a good thing, because as a newbie it makes it very easy to control. The instruction manual is pretty thorough in explaining how to use it safely and the saw station pretty much ensures your safety. It also folds up into a small case, so is easy to store in my small condo. After reading the manual, watching a few videos and doing a few test cuts with the saw station, I felt comfortable enough to cut a piece without the station and I am very happy with the result. My only complaint is that the dust collection is abysmal. For an occasional DIYer, this is the perfect tool for me. Thanks Dremel for thinking up this great all in one tool centre.
