Buyers complained about the item being crushed. Mine arrived in a crushproof box on a plastic insert! Hat is true to size, lightweight & comes with adhesive foam tabs you can make smaller if need be. Exactly as expected. Loved the way it looked on this boomer.

These hats seems to hold true to the sizes. These hats fit very well. They are not made of straw But are very comfortable. I love these.

I’ve never been a person who wears hats mainly because it’s hard to find one that suits my face and hair. However, I have received many compliments on this hat and enjoy wearing it. I was happy that it was offered in sizes with, I can never find one small enough to fit my head right but this one offered a small with foam inserts to make adjustments.

I love these hats. I've purchased a fee now. They are great for everyday wear and since you can smash them into a suitcase and they just spring back into shape, they are great for travel. I have a rather large head as well and the extra large hat fits me well.

I love this hat. It is stylish and shades head and face from the sun. I needed an xxl. This hat delivered. The first hat saw me through many local city walks and adventures including Rome, Florence, Venice, Capetown, and Paris. I lost the first one, do this is my second hat. I am glad I could replace it.

Please make the adjustable feature with a drawstring in the future. The ribbon and velcro just isn't enough for some of us. Otherwise, it's a great stylish hat!

Very good quality hat in a hard to find size for my large head. I always take it to Cuba on my vacations. The Cubans are impressed with the quality, it is well worth the cost

Fits great but I use one 3M hat sizer on the front inner band to absorb any sweat/makeup/sunscreen. When it gets gunky, I can just change the sizer! (2 sizers included)
