This liquid extract did not make me feel very good because I had taken it multiple times and then I ended up getting sick right afterwards and it didn't really help prevent sickness nor did it help reduce the length of sickness. I don't even think my mood was any better either. That being said it may also be required to take it much longer before it has any positive support to health because I only used it for like a few days. I like how it's in a tincture form nonetheless. If I notice any other impact from it I will update the review accordingly.
