I really love this Tazo Decaf Chai Tea Latte concentrate. I prefer it a little less strong than directions, so I just add as much of the concentrate as I want to my milk. It's yummy and wonderful for relaxing. Since it's decaf, I can drink it any time of day. I like it hot, warm, or fresh from the refrigerator. (The tea does not need refrigeration until after you open it.) The price I paid on line (Nov. 2026) is better than I can get locally. The problem is that it did not ship well. I ordered six boxes and all were damaged, though surprisingly, none leaked. I used the most damaged box first and, after I opened it which breaks the inside seal, the pouring spout did leak -- every time I shook the container or tried to pour. Hopefully that won't happen with the rest of the boxes, but it wouldn't surprise me. So it's a great product, but doesn't ship well. The six boxes of liquid with other lighter items in the box made the box heavy and off balance and was a little unexpected when I lifted it from the porch. I almost dropped it, but didn't. Perhaps somewhere in the shipping process, that happened to someone else who did drop it, hard. Next time, I'll only order two or three at a time and hopefully it will arrive safely. Minus the shipping issue, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves a good chai tea latte, so five stars for the product,

This is easily one of my favorite ways to consume chai closer to bedtime. It is easily mixed with vanilla or chocolate flavored milk (or your choice of dairy alternative) to subtly change the flavor for even more variations. My kitchen pantry is never without it!

Great for chai lattes at home! I like to make chai lattes throughout the year, but I wanted something that had a great taste and is decaf. I have tried the caffeinated version before, but I wanted the decaf version so I can enjoy lattes at night before bed as well!

A little sweet but delicious. I have it with almond milk to cut the calories. I have it in the morning if I don’t want caffeine and at night as a bedtime treat. I don’t like the fact you have to use it 7 days within opening it. I tend not to drink it that fast but it is nice to have in the cupboards. Especially considering it is caffeine free. The quality is great for the money. And it can be drank on ice or hot. I like the simplicity of it. And I like it better than the chia tea bags.

The item is quite good and "hits the spot" when used with a frother. A tasty latte! Unfortunately it was NOT packed correctly. The exterior packing tape was not strong enough. The carton was definitely 40+ lbs.. It arrived with "HEAVY" labels on it and the carton was split on both ends. It contained 5 Tazo boxes plus 12 bottles (1pint each) of a supplemental beverage. I weigh 104 lbs.. I am fortunate that the contents were not damaged.

Great taste and the only chai tea that I like. I try to make it with my own tea leaves, but the quality and intensity of the taste just isn't the same. The plus is that it's easy to use. I can heat it up with my protein drink, and it makes a perfect warm chai latte packed with nutrients. It gives me cozy, relaxing vibes every time with the warm spices. It is a little sweeter than I would like for macros' sake, but it's a good flavor, and if I weren't tracking calories or carbs (sugar content), it'd be perfect. Overall, my go-to!

I love Tazo decaf Chai so much !!! I go through 5 a week...I feel so much better drinking this every single day all throughout my day with water of course...I mix it with water and soy Milk in my Big Cobolt blue Italian glass and make Bobba fresh everyday....It is truly delicious, and addicting...I believe the spices help keep the bad stomach bugs at bay....Only thing that could be better is if they make the decaf Organic too.

Delicious. Love TAZO products although they can be pricey.
