low calorie and high in protein
I've been really happy with these protein bars. With only 150 calories and an impressive 28g of protein, they're hard to beat. I've seen some reviews mentioning the texture, so if you're sensitive to that, it's worth noting. I wouldn't describe them as chalky—they're just a little sticky. They're also not overly sweet, which I appreciate. I've tried both the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk and Salted Peanut Butter flavors. In my opinion, the Chocolate Chunk has much better flavor, while the Salted Peanut Butter was pretty mild and didn't have much taste. I was specifically looking for a protein bar made with more natural ingredients that offered high protein while staying under 200 calories, and these checked every box. The 28g of protein is an added bonus that makes them a great option for a filling snack or post-workout. I'll definitely be buying them again.

Tasty but expensive
I love these bars. They are expensive but the bars taste good, have high protein and low sugar.

Great tasting, low calorie, high protein “go to”
Although a bit pricey, it is SO WORTH it! Tastes great, low calorie and plenty of protein! My new “go to”! And, the texture is great too. I purchased different flavors and while I have my favorites, I have yet to find a flavor I didn’t enjoy.

A great snack when pressed for time
There aren't too many protein bars that can substitute for a meal's worth of protein intake, at least in my case. I was looking for a no-added-sugar bar that had fairly clean ingredients. The David's bars are the solution I was after. So, why not 5 stars? I wish the sugar substitutes were better nutritionally. The taste of the bar is decent, but slightly chalky. The price is not cheap, but I always look for sales and then stock up. That works for me...at least until something better comes along.

My overall favorite
I’ve tried so many bars. This is my favorite one! Where else can you get 28g of protein for only 150 calories? It’s delicious, too. Most mornings, I have it with a cup of mushroom coffee. Sometimes I will have half a bar as a snack or as dessert.

Protein packed but boring flavored
Lightweight bars with protein packed content. Low cal comparatively speaking, but taste of peanut butter chocolate is dull.

One Bar Missing Half
I love these bars as they are delicious and have the nutritional values I am looking for. However, they are a bit expensive and in my last box, one of the bars was missing half. Not sure how that got by quality control.
