Personally I need to dilute it with 500ml as the taste is too strong for me otherwise, but since I started taking this I am having the best sleep and falling asleep much quicker than normal. A bit groggy in the morning, but coffee fixes that pretty quickly. Highly recommend, tastes much better than Healthy Metal for me, but it’s just a flavour preference as the other one just as well.

This has become a staple in my work bag now. So easy to pop into some water and I do feel slightly more relaxed after having it. No bad side effect, which is rare for me with an auto immune and histamine condition. Has 100% helped endo pain and stiffness. These are lush with crushed ice, and a slice of lemon/lime.

It tastes ok & it must relax u because it’s got magnesium in it. I don’t really know if it works or not. Sorry.

I’ve tried a lot of different supplements to help me chill out after work, but most of them are either pills that are hard to swallow or powders that taste like medicine. This is honestly a breath of fresh air. I was skeptical about the flavor, but the pomegranate and orange blossom mix is actually really tasty and refreshing. I just stir it into some cold water while I'm watching TV, and it feels like a healthy mocktail. It’s been great for helping me feel more grounded and "balanced" without any of the sugar. It's rare to find something that actually tastes good and helps you feel more mindful at the same time. give it a go recommend

Absolutely amazing! Tastes sweet and delicious. Just remember it’s a level tea spoon, any more and it will be very sweet. I love that the ingredients include lions mane too! A nice alternative to taking my magnesium tablets. Glad I got it on subscription. Pop it in a wine glass as a good alternative to wine.

Sickly sweet 😱 not sure who did product tasting but this batch is just undrinkable. I am struggling with 300ml. Will endup with 500mil which is not great as I am having it before bed !

3rd buy, I enjoy it and hour before bed, it does seem to help me sleep. The taste is nice and I use it with 500ml of water

I’ve tried a lot of magnesium supplements, but TRIP Magnesium Glycinate Powder is by far my favourite. The pomegranate orange blossom flavour is genuinely delicious — light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. I love that it’s sugar free and includes L-Theanine and Lion’s Mane for extra calm and focus support. It mixes easily with no gritty texture, and I’ve definitely noticed better sleep and a more relaxed feeling in the evenings. Will absolutely repurchase.

This stuff is incredible. It helps me wind down before bed and I sleep soooo well. I used to wake up through the night and have a hard time falling asleep. That is all gone now thanks to this! Tastes great and blends very easily

I have to say, I never thought of taking magnesium this way I have to say I love it. This taste good I feel the relaxation in my muscles in my shoulders. It does take a long time to mix because it’s clumps together. I find that with most powder that goes into drinks so it’s nothing new. I highly recommend this magnesium powder 100%.

I love Trip products and I have re-bought their carbonated drinks easily 15x, so good, I have thier gummies and their electrolyte to go packs are THE BEST taste and feels good, a little hard to get blended but I don’t even care because they taste great aand I feel good. Same goes with this powder- does not blend well at all. I use an inexpensive bullet blender for 5 seconds and that’s works well- it WILL fizz up if you do this so add less water then you will be having in total to allow it to fizz in the blender and then de-fizz. My cheap 20 bucket blender is one of the best gadgets I have ever picked up for quick protein blends, quick fancy coffees, quick blender bottle shakes. This taste light, not too sweet, very subtle. It’s not like any of thier carbonated flavors, closest resemble would be the raspberry. This is magnesium citrate, not glycinate which I think is odd because citrate is more used for helping move along the plumbing and glycinate is used to help relax for sleep. I have fallen into a deep solid sleep drinking this and other times not…

Delicious and a little tangy, a little goes a long way and if you’re trying to curb alcohol intake this powder does mellow your vibe and looks so tasty in a cute rocks class or stemless wine glass over a couple whiskey rock ice cubes.

Doesn't work and taste terrible. I have tried another product on Amazon similar to this. Sonic have something to compare it to. This one does not dissolve well at all and I use an electric frother to mix. The taste is awful. It taste like the scraped the sour candy shell off a sweet tart and said this will do. Lastly, it doesn't work. I do not sleep as deep or a quickly with this mix. I'm not sure it does much at all. To top it all off, it's more expensive than the other. The brand that make the other I tried is called "adventure pal" and no I'm not being paid by them. Just an honest review. I
