Item arrived today, its faulty and will not power on. What can i do?

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1.After plugging in, please check whether the power indicator light indicate red color;
2.Please check whether the power indicator light will change from Red color to Green color after you press the "Power" button;
3.Then press "Fan/Water" button and"Vegetables" button or "Flower/Fruits" button.

You could observe whether the light panel is on and whether the pump and the fan can work.
Normally speaking, the pump and fan work in this cycle: 30 minutes on and then 30 minutes off.

If the light, the fan and the water pump can't still work, please note you can send your purchase order number and contact Amazon, or the iDOO customer service support and we can offer you a further solution.

Please note when you purchase the 12 Pods Indoor LED Hydroponic System, which will come with the nutrient plant food A&B. 1-liter water needs to add into 5ml A solution and 5ml B solution. For best results, top off the water level in your garden regularly. Add 20ml of the A solution and 20ml of the B solution into the water tank.
