Tastes great and about the only pancake mix that is healthy for human consumption.

Good pancake mix a lot of protein. Have to get creative with mix for best taste. Add a cup of milk, and a cup of Blueberries. I will buy again

A-Mazing pancakes and nutritional profile. Much better than Kodiak and any other high protein mixes. Clean ingredients! The only sweetener is Monk Fruit. I can eat them plain they taste so good! No blood sugar spikes 23g protein 1g sugar. They don’t taste artificial, just a great texture and taste. I found them at a store in vacation and brought it home in my suitcase. I was so happy to see them on Amazon. So far I only have tried the original. Looking forward to checking out the others!

I really like this brand of pancake mix, good protein and taste, no sugar and the carbs are ok. It's a bit more spendy on Amazon so I started buying it off of there website. More selections there too.

I have tried many brands of protein pancake mixes & none have been particularly good. The Flourish Buttermilk Mix is excellent. It is light & fluffy & the flavor is yummy. It is now our family's pancake mix & I'm so happy that I won't be wasting time & money trying other mixes only to be disappointed.

This mix is so easy to prepare. They're dense so I don't advise mixing fruit into the batter. Make at blueberries as they're cooking. We're not used to the sweetness so if you're bothered by sugar alcohols, you won't like these. Otherwise, they're great.

I really enjoy this healthy pancake/waffle mix. When I travel to the next hotel, I’ll be using it with my little mini waffle maker/pancake maker.

Monk fruit is added to the mix. Usually pancakes are not sweet on their own. This was an unexpected flavor. Just my personal preference but it was too sweet and I didn't like it because of that.

I really like this pancake mix. I use it for my waffle, iron and love the fact that it is so high in protein. I don’t mind a little bit of fats and fruit on top of it.

You can see how nice and thick it will rise and the taste is pretty decent too but it’s not sweet enough alone if you like your pancake or waffle sweet. I used half a cup of vanilla flavoured almond milk that was only 15 calories when I mixed it. I added some margarine right after I made it so it melted quick and then I put one tbsp of maple syrup and then about a quarter cup of banana flavoured high protein Greek yogurt on top and it tastes pretty darn good and is filling and low calorie for a breakfast option with lots of protein!

Great quality and flavour. I used it in my waffle iron aa part of a reduced calorie higher protien breakfast. I'm happy with the way they turned out and will likely stick with them for a while.
