NIYIKOW Grip Strength Trainer, Hand Grip Strengthener, Adjustable Resistance 22-132Lbs (10-60kg), Forearm Strengthener, Perfect for Musicians Athletes

I am incredibly impressed with this hand grip strengthener. It is easily one of the best investments I have made for my fitness and daily health. The build quality is excellent, the design looks sleek and professional, and it delivers a serious forearm and grip workout. Whether you are lifting weights, climbing, or just want stronger hands, this tool is absolutely perfect.

I purchased this hand grip strengthener to build up my forearm definition and improve my grip for heavy deadlifts, and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations! The rotating dial makes it incredibly easy to scale the resistance from a light 5kg warm-up all the way to a challenging 60kg squeeze.

Hinges are bit loose. Overall product is good

Very happy with the purchase, just wish it was easier to tell what tightness corresponds to what weight

This product was good 😊❤

Soepel te bedienen. Ligt fijn in de hand. Verschillende niveaus soepel in te stellen.

Works great! It has some different little methods to change your grip so that you can do a little training. Whenever I’m doing some work or just randomly I just do like 20 or so per hand and the weight adjustment is a screw that’s really easy to turn! Really great product!

I have a desk job so any extra exercise helps. I thought I’d try this product out as it seemed easily usable, portable and practical. It proved to be all those things as well as very reasonably priced. As it says, the resistance is adjustable so it should work for all shapes and sizes. The product appears to be well made and durable and operates silently, which is important in some environments. I use it most days and it only takes a few minutes to feel as if the hands, wrists and lower arm have had a good mini workout. Good product and good price, you can’t go wrong.
