I had two surgeries in two weeks, and was not feeling at all well after the outpatient anesthesia. It can sometimes cause brain fog and memory issues, so I thought I'd see what was available to help. This product appears to have hastened my recovery. I will never know for sure, because I don't have a control twin who didn't have surgery, but I did feel better within a short time of taking it. They taste good. While the FDA has not approved it to treat any medical condition, the Cleveland Clinic says Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that protects the cells in your brain. They mention food sources, but also say it comes in supplement form like this one. My brain needs all the help it can get (just ask my husband) so I am going to continue to take this product.

I suffer from anxiety and decided to try this choline supplement after reading a recent study suggesting a possible link between anxiety and low choline levels in the brain. I’ve tried many things over time, as my anxiety tends to come back unexpectedly. I only tried half a gummy, and about 10 minutes later I started feeling a bit more nervous, so I decided to stop taking it. Personally, I feel this supplement is not for me. That said, everyone reacts differently, and it may be helpful for other people dealing with anxiety. I wanted to share my honest experience.

Love these—I've definitely noticed a difference. I’ve been taking 2–3 a day for a few months, and my dreams have been restored. They may also be helping prevent headaches and other internal pain. I might be a little dependent on them at this point, but overall they’ve been a real benefit to my health and wellness. When I first started, I was thrown off because I expected the gummies to be purple—they’re actually green. It’s a little weird, and the taste doesn’t match the color, but after about a month I stopped noticing. With my first bottle, the gummies were clumped together, though my current bottle isn’t doing that. However, the bottle itself seems heavier or maybe the label is more slippery—I keep dropping it. Hopefully that gets sorted out by the time I buy my third.

Already consumed 3 bottles of this product, seems to work as well as the Alpha-GPC pill version that I used to take. The gummy taste very good, the texture and flavor is perfect (I like these more than any other sugary gummy snack), but very tempted to take more that 2 a day lol. Maybe they should make a lower dosage version, so I can eat more per day as a low calories snack.

2 gummies per day, a month supply. They are delicious and sugar free! I have had other blue colored gummies in the past and they actually stained my tongue blue for several hours. These did NOT do that! The ingredients are good for memory support so it is definitely worth a try. The only concern is the price for a 1 month supply, but I do like the supplement. It actually does taste like grape.

My husband uses this product because he has dementia. It helps him to sleep better. He is talking some during the day. He was at a point whereas he wasn't talking at all. I think and feel it has helped tremendously.
