Do these balls work with regular Jugs machine?

Yes, they do. They work great. I have an older jugs machine probably 10 years old and a semi newer one 5 years old.

Are these balls safe with bbcor/ composite bats?

They are a soft squishy ball if that helps answer your question.

Will these fit in the heater lite pitching machine?

Yes they will fit but they are not compatible. This is not a lite ball so it will likely ruin your lite machine.
