All 6 items appear to be and feel well made. The main hand gripper is highly adjustable. You can legitimately feel each tool working the muscles you intended to work. The instruction booklet was also pretty informative, showing which muscles do what and which exercises to do to strengthen weak points or problem areas. I confidently recommend this product, especially considering it's value to cost ratio.

The value for the money when I bought it was great. It was a sale like 40% OP. Now the quality not so great, it’s already wearing the lets on the grip the counter isn’t as easy to adjust. The comfort is decent too so that’s why no 5 stars for me a few things could be better quality but it’s great to have fidgets that help me with my goals.

I've had a few grip devices over the years. I really like this one. Adjustable and counts during use. Very nice.

We used for our son’s wrist after the cast came off and it was just what the doctor recommended. It helped him perfectly and he was cleared for contact sports 🏈 in two weeks after his cast removal.

I bought these to improve my grip strength. The kit comes with a booklet describing the various hand and forearm muscles and which of the products can be used for whatever needs to be addressed. They are sturdy and well made.

Il a 143 pages. Il est beaucoup plus complet que celui qu'on reçois avec l'équipement. Ils montrent des exercices à faire avec les équipements qu'on a de l'article mais aussi sans aucun équipement, avec des haltères, des barres de torsions, des barres, des poids, avec serviette. Franchement, il est super complet.
