Boiron Arnica Gel Homeopathic Medicine 1.50 oz

Arnica should be used by all athletes, almost every day, for muscle/joint soreness and improved recovery from injury. Being homeopathic, there is no possibility of overdose. The effects can be felt in the reduction of inflammation almost immediately upon using. I tend to use this on all joints within 2 hours of a weightlifting workout, and again before bed, and the difference in stiffness/pain the next day is noticeable. It is not a magic bullet, but it is an important ally in staying healthy and pain free.

This gel does the trick. No odor, great to wear all day.

I've been using Arnica gel for many years. I carry it with me on days when my thumb joint becomes inflamed. It immediately calms the pain once the gel is rubbed into my skin. I have also used it on my neck to relieve pain and stiffness. Rather than search the local pharmacies, I ordered it from Amazon.com. I bought an extra tube for my husband who had experienced discomfort after he fractured his ankle.

I bought this in addition to Arnica Montana tablets to assist with shoulder and knee pain. Product seemed to work, however, I was treating my injuries in several other ways. Good product.

Normally I am very skeptical of herbal remedies. But my surgeon recommended I buy some arnica gel for my upcoming surgery. Before the surgery, it just so happened that I accidentally dropped a huge jar of pickles on my knee which resulted in an extremely large and dark bruise. After a couple of days, I remembered that I had this gel and decided to rub a tiny bit over the nasty bruise. I couldn't believe it when the bruise disappeared in 2 days after ONE application. Also, I took arnica pellets before my surgery and I did not bruise at all at my surgery site-much to the shock of all my doctors. Definitely worth a try.

Arnicare is a great product to have in your medicine chest. Works to heal bruising very fast, healing starts the minute you apply the clear gel. My husband is a granite fabricator and gets smashed fingers occasionally and this heals them in record time, he gains the flexibility back by the next morning after leaving this on his finger while we're watching a show, til the gel dries up.

I'm giving it two stars because it isn't greasy and it doesn't smell. Problem is, it doesn't do anything to help. I've tried it on a couple of different types of aches and after a couple of weeks of applications, nothing.

This works very well. I'm still working on my worst bruise, from a fall where I tripped over a chair and hit the back door knob just above my ear & a little closer to my cheek. The bruises I get from taking Cumadin go away quicker than most, and I was totally "blown away" by it's help!
