Living in Las Vegas means breathing a lot of nasty stuff for a few months out of the year. I've been using this product for almost 2 years and can definitely say it helps keep my sinuses much more clear than before. I use it before bed and first thing in the morning, Sometimes I'll take a hit in between when I feel something nagging at me. I always have a new bottle in reserve when I'm about halfway through the one I'm using. I think the product is a bit overpriced, but it works without side affects. I wish the bottles were larger because I go through one about every two weeks during allergy seasons.

It really works after spray but before you use you have to shake it for like 20 seconds to mix it well. I think those who have claimed it didn’t work was because they didn’t shake it well first before applying. I had post nasal drip for a year and it is the only thing that did some noticeable help. After using for a few days I sometimes feel like I don’t have any sinus issues. Occasionally I feel something at the back of my nose still but it is very minor almost unnoticeable. I still use it once a day just to keep it consistent but I can sometimes go without it and still be ok. I even stopped using the green bottle that helps reduce allergy symptoms because this one is so powerful.
