I actually don’t mind this product. I got this because it had a lot of them for a good price. Now I’m someone that had bad heartburn so I have to take something for it everyday . It doesn’t help that I love spicy food and alcohol which turns the heat up . For me in particular I find it works best if I take two in the morning or whenever I get up to start my day and one at night before I go to bed. So I take a total of 3 a day . Once I finish this bottle I probably will go back to taking the 24 hours release just because I don’t have to remember to take it more than once . This truly is a great brand for sure .
