I ordered this again as I believe it has helped with my energy and well being. Could be from any of the combination of the different substances in the mix, all of them individually beneficial on their own. Great mix, recommended.

Took it for a week only so can't say it works cause it needs to be taken for a longer period to start see any effects but so far I'm less tired than before and overall feeling better and less stressed.Of course it doesn't means other people will feel the same.
