I've needed to take daily injections during my pregnancy and this has been such a helpful aid in reducing the pain post injection. Can swap out every day in case I forget to put them back in the freezer. Have held up great over the past 3 months so far.

I used these to ice my skin before doing IVF injections. They worked well but of course they’re small so the coldness doesn’t last long. It worked perfectly for the timing to do the injections though and I would recommend for that purpose.

The actual ice packs are excellent. They work great, they are not bulky, and they get cold quickly in the freezer. Don't hesitate to get these, they work very well. As someone who spent most of the month of November and part of December hospitalized for a back injury last year, I have the need for ice packs daily. With that in mind, here is some feedback regarding the product design of the accessories provided with the packs. A suggestion I have for the manufacturer: the plastic bag and elastic wrap provided to use these with should have compartments stitched into them to keep each of the packs in place. As they are, the packs tend to fall into one spot together and if you are using this on your back like I am, it is difficult to get them positioned so that there is full coverage of the area without being bulky due to a pack pile up in the bottom of the bag/wrap. Very happy with new small flexible packs!

Had all top teeth removed & an immediate denture & this wrapped around my head was the biggest lifesaver on the planet. Highly recommend for anyone with dental pain, extractions or migraines. The packa arw soft & the wrap itself is VERY comfortable against the skin & doesn't buffer the coolness.
