My aunt used to sell this for Young Living and would rave about how much better she felt, how much energy she'd have after, etc. I bought some of the 2oz packets like this. Within five mins of drinking it, I had a gallbladder attack. The pain is very similar to what you described, excruciating. Tried again, same result, triggered a gallbladder attack.

What do you mix the packets with??? Water, milk

I like it swirled over ice. However, my favorite way is to have one packet with two Ningxia Nitro tubes, over ice. Also, sometimes I do the previous combo and top it off with organic Black Cherry Juice, no sugar added, or an antioxidant juice blend, no sugar added. I use it this way in place of pop, which I gave up for health reasons. Thanks for the question.
