This is the easiest way to make 3 types of pasta. I made spaghetti, linguini and lasagna sheets so this one tool is very economic. And this is the easy to clean. Since it can't be suspended in water so just let the pasta dough dry out and use the provided brush to clean it out.

So far, so good. The part has heft, so it appears to be of good quality. No problem attaching and fastening the device. Definitely a cost saver compared to the KitchenAid brand. I've used the device 4 times so far and am pleased with the resulting fettuccine. No sticking and the cuts are clean and precise. Overall very pleased. Only criticism is that stage 1 pressing requires that the dough already be fairly thin. I have to roll out the pasta dough with a rolling pin before it will fit into the 1st roller press on the widest "8" setting. Would be great if starting with hand-flattened dough was sufficient.

This pasta attachment fits my KitchenAid mixer perfectly. The 3-in-1 design is super convenient — the pasta roller, spaghetti cutter, and fettuccine cutter all work smoothly. The blades on my cutter side don't cut the pasta all the way. I tried to find Company info but didn't find where to right them. I would NOT BUY this product again. The kneading rollers work fine. The side that cuts the pasta into the two versions, the blades are not sharp enough and don't cut the thicker width pasta. The spaghetti cutter is only o.k. Do not purchase. not worth the price. I will go back to the hand crank model. 5.15.2026 UPDATE - Company did reach out and is offering a refund. I like their response and I will try looking at their products again. I originally gave 1 Star, but want to update to 3 stars for great customer service.

It made perfect pasta. The laminator is awesome and can be used for making puff pastries as well.

Fonctionne bien. Par contre le cache de la vis de changement d'épaisseur de pâte ne tient pas en place et j'ai dû le coller.

So easy to use and clean!!! Made fettuccine with ease. I actually love that it’s 3in one otherwise it’ll be so fiddly to keep changing the heads.

Broke my kitchenaid the first time we used it which has now had to be sent off for repairs. Very disappointed given the price of the product
