Good for bones and heart
With this Tablet My bones feel strong and I do not get pain like before. Earlier I was feeling weak in legs and knees but now it is better. This tablet is easy to swallow and does not upset my stomach. I also feel more energy when I wake up in morning. My teeth also feel healthy and no bleeding in gums. My joints feel free and not so stiff like before. I read it helps calcium go to bones and not to wrong place in body. That gives me confidence to continue. My parents are also taking it and they say it helps in walking better. I do not see any side effect after daily use. Even my sleep has become calm. It feels like my heart health is better and breathing is easy. My nails are stronger too and do not break. The tablet quality is very good. It comes in safe packing and bottle is easy to open. I trust this product because it feels natural. I recommend it for people with bone problem. It gives strength in daily life. I am happy with this supplement.

Excellent for bone health
I start taking this vitamin K2 mk7 capsule from Vruksha Vitals and feel very good result in body. Using daily one tablet with water and no issue at all. Feel more energetic and no side effect. This product is very helpful for strong bone. Highly recommended product for everyone.

Won't buy again.
Judging by my experience, I have a suspicion that this supplement is counterproductive . Feeling much better when I stopped it and I don't think that this feeling has anything to do with vitamin K.. :D. I shall not buy it again.
