OK ... LISTEN UP! If you need relief from constipation, this product works. Don't sip the damn stuff, just chug it down quickly. It's not a soft drink ... but it tastes fine. Then, drink an 8 oz glass of water immediately after. Now, it's time to wait. DON'T STRAY TOO FAR FROM YOUR TOILET! I've used this for years and it's never failed me. This last time, my first "movement" came nearly six hours after drinking the medicine. The final "movement" came nearly 20 hours after consumption.

If no other laxatives work for you, this will do it. Case terrible all magnesium citrate drinks taste terrible. You will never find a brand that taste good. This will do the job you will be cleared out completely.

Genuinely you better not have ANY plans when you take this. DO NOT TRUST A FART!!! When you feel that unsettling feeling barreling towards your derrière GO TO THE BATHROOM. You will unleash so much even you never know you had that much in you and when you think you’re done… you’re NOT. Keep going and high five yourself for getting through it. Perfect for constipation or any other needs for releasing your bowels.

Gets the job done when you need it
Start with half. A little goes a long way! For constipation, this is very effective. Just don't go out in public after you take it- stay near your bathroom.

Works!
For what it is, it’s good to know that it works! Lol! I broke my dose as apart at 3 ounces each night and that seemed to do the job if you know what I mean. It even tasted OK! It was recently suggested to me that I take a teaspoon a night just to keep things moving along but I will have to check with my doctor first to see if this is viable for me. This is a win!
