Fits a VOCIC Z21 and will stay put
The cover I received fits a Vocic Z21 rollator just fine, and instead of a drawstring around the bottom, it has straps with plastic latches, which I passed thru the wheels and latched, so I can be sure it stays on. Highly recommended if you need to have your walker outdoors.
