These cutting boards are great! They stick firmly to the counter surface while cutting. They easily "cup" the cut product to put into a bowl, and they wash up great.

I really like these cutting boards. They have no cut marks on them even though I have used them frequently. I was afraid the smallest one wouldn't be too useful, but I have used it more than expected. It's very handy when you need just a small amount of some food. When cutting a large amount of some foods, I have had to use both of the 2 larger boards. The largest is not as big as I am used to using. They do bend, so it's easy to pour your diced food into your pan or bowl. You do need both hands to move them from one area to another so your food doesn't spill. I wash and dry them immediately after using. I did notice the smell of watermelon linger on one board. I'm hoping they don't absorb odors. I will not be using them for anything like garlic. The green is very prettyI. I'm happy with them so far, but I am concerned they may absorb odors.

They are much too soft to use as a cutting board. I sliced some salami on one and the knife immediately made deep cuts in the material. After one use, the board was already impossible to sterilize, and it seems like it would get cut to ribbons in relatively short order. This was with a non-serrated knife and a gentle slicing motion.

The 3 sizes are great for counters and easy to wash in dishwasher. Seem to work whether you are cutting or just rearranging food items.

I was excited to order these alternatives to plastic cutting boards. However, I have two complaints. First, they're very floppy, so they don't work well in the dishwasher as they flop over and hit/cover up other dishes. Second, they retain smells like crazy, as well as some stains. Several of them now permanently smell like onions and broccoli, and one has permanent stains from cutting some vegetables. I wish I had known this before purchasing.
