Does this have to be bolted down to remain in place?

For the most part it’s heavy enough(but not too heavy)to stay in place but if left for a period of time it does get moved and knocked around a little.

It is pretty heavy and durable. I just had workers going over it delivering large appliances. It isn't very long. I would recommend checking the width of your door to see if it will be right.

It is recommended for outdoor use because it is good in very wet areas. It isn't very good for a cane since it is too steep. A walker does half to be a big wheel one, 8" wheels.
