Overall I like this drink mix. The flavor is a bit on the weak side but it's not too bad. If you're hoping for a Gatorade taste, stay away this is more like an unsweetened Gatorade. Not bad, but not great. It dissolves easily and quickly which is nice and with the included electrolytes its sure to hydrate.

I have been using hydrate for several years and absolutely love itIt’s great for those sweaty cardio days, my son used it for football to keep hydratedI highly recommend, I haven’t found anything that compares! Excited it’s now available on Amazon

For the price I’d like to see much more.there’s not a whole lot of magnesium or calcium or potassium, decent amount of sodium. wish there was more of each.But I like that there’s more sodium than potassium which is better than many supps that have a ton of potassium and not a lot of sodium which is the opposite ratio that you need to hydrate the cells when exercising.Like prime.But atleast there is magnesium and some calcium vs many products don’t even have that at all.Also citric acid is made from mold and is bad.. but it’s in everything.. can’t get away from it.So just know that.. I’d rather that weren’t in here but I can’t blame them too hard cause they probably don’t know that like most don’t.Taste is pretty minimal but still better than a lot of other products that have way too much artificial sweetener taste that makes it overpowering and disgusting and impossible to drink. This is very possible to drink.not to mention my stomach instantly feels weird when I drink Sucralose sweetens stuff so Its good that this doesn’t have that.I’d rather have sugar than sucralose tbh.Especially if you’re working out than you’ll burn the sugar right away instead of it potentially feeding bad bacteria in the gut.And most of the “no sugar stevia/ natural sweetened” products have either little taste or just don’t taste good.So this strikes a decent balance of taste imo but definitely not the best taste or flavor profile of a part sugar part natural seeetener mix. It could be done better.TBH orange juice or coconut water or watermelon juice is a great natural electrolyte drink but I still like electrolyte mixes so I digress.However when I do add a touch of salt it balances the flavor and makes it a lot better to me, plus adds more sodium.This really doesn’t have a whole lot of salt if you’re really working out, athletes after an average workout sweat out around 30 grams of sodium on average.Flavor is simple and could also benefit from some lemon juice or something but I like it well enough with just some added salt.Without added salt it’s really not much of anything for my taste buds, granted my taste buds are not the most sensitive in the world at all so maybe you’ll find it differently.

Great light taste. I have an issue with dehydration and cramping during workouts and needed something to help keep my electrolytes balanced. This seems to have done the trick. Unlike other hydration drinks that basically turn your water into a bad imitation of sugary drinks, this one has a light flavor that still keeps the refreshing feel of drinking a glass of water. I have seen drastic decreases in the cramping I get so I will say it definitely works.

I received this for evaluation, and it passes. My wife has low potassium, and I work out, so we were looking for better electrolyte than typical Gatorade. The flavor is fairly light, which is a personal preference whether that is good or bad, but it doesn't have the salty taste that another brand had. Overall very drinkable, but it seems to not fully dissolve, or I should say that there is some fine particulate material that keeps it cloudy and eventually settles out. For the cost (~$35 at time of review), I doubt I will reorder. If this has what you need from an nutrition standpoint, it is good, but I wish it was less expensive.

So to me, what's most important is Potassium Sodium and Magnesium and these are all in this hydration blend! It is perfect for using before cardio where you lose electrolytes by sweating. It does have 9gr of sugar so heads up if you're counting your intake of sugar. And the best part of it, is that it actually tastes yummy!

Due to a mitochondrial disorder, I need a lot of electrolytes to help balance things out. I normally buy the pre-made brand name drinks at the store, but 1) they've gotten very expensive, and 2) I'm trying to use fewer plastic bottles. That's where this powdered electrolyte powder comes in.It comes in a shrink-wrapped plastic canister, with an inner safety seal under the screw-top lid. (The multi-layered safety measures are appreciated.) Inside you'll find a little scooper utensil, and one of those pouches that absorbs humidity (which is non-toxic and can be discarded). The powder has good consistency, and dissolves very easily with just some stirring.What's great about using powder is that you can use as much as little as you want -- you aren't bound by a specific strength, like the "-ade" bottles. Sometimes I just want to add a little taste to a large bottle of water, so I add a 1/4 scoop of this... And sometimes I really need as much electrolytes as I can get -- so I'll do a full scoop or two. And fortunately, this provides more electrolytes than the regular pre-made drinks.Yes, it does have a little bit of sugar -- but it's organic cane sugar, and I would rather have that than a bunch of artificial sweeteners!
