Probably, I used it for my 1999 Mercedes.

Is this good for any car? 2011 hyundai elantra and 2013 nissan maxima?

It should be OK to use. To be 100% sure check the car specs for brake fluid requirements.

Does dot 4 withstand higher temperature than dot 3?

DOT 4 contains borate which gives it qbout a 30 degree higher boiling point when new and about 15 degrees higher when it has a bunch of moisture in it. Use whichever is recommended for your vehicle though 3,4 and 5.1 do interchange. DO NOT USE DOT5. It is silicone based and not compatible with the other glycol based brake fluids.
