I've been very impressed with this toner. The texture is light and milky, providing plenty of hydration without feeling oily or heavy on the skin. This is the first toner I’ve ever bought for my skincare routine, and honestly I totally love it! I reviewed this product after I used it completely. The texture feels very light weight and refreshing on the skin, but at the same time it gives such a soft and moisturized feeling. My skin feels smooth, hydrated and healthy after every use. I noticed that after applying this toner, the serums and other skin care products absorb much better into my skin. It makes the rest of my skin routine feel more effective and helps my skin stay moisturized for a long time without feeling sticky or heavy. I also love how gentle and soothing it feels. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all and gives a nice healthy glow. As someone new to skincare, I think this was the perfect toner to start with. Very Hydrating! My face feels soft, plump and hydrated. No breakout after 24hrs when used. Not greasy or oily. Sits on face for a bit, but instructions imply that. I use it at night as a shield before putting medik8 retinal on.

Okay, I LOVE this toner. The TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner has fully earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine because it makes my skin look and feel so good. First of all, the texture is amazing. It has that milky, soft consistency that feels instantly hydrating when it hits the skin. It absorbs beautifully without feeling heavy or greasy, and it just leaves my face looking more plump and healthy right away. What I’ve noticed most is the glow it gives. My skin looks more even, smooth, and just… alive after using it. It layers really well with the rest of my skincare and doesn’t pill or feel sticky, which I really appreciate. It also feels super soothing. On days when my skin is feeling a little dry or dull, this toner brings it back fast. It’s one of those products you don’t even realize how much you love until you run out and miss it immediately. Overall, this is one of those “she’s THAT girl” products—simple, effective, and just makes everything better. If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it. I bought this after hearing so much hype about it and saw positive reviews. However, when I first applied it I didn’t like how it felt on my skin. This is the first milky toner I’ve ever tried so I have nothing to compare it to… but it felt like i was putting a light “runny” oil on my skin and I could feel that it was on my skin. (I usually use hydrating toners and so absorb in my skin quickly). I have combination skin and it genuinely felt like a layer was applied to my skin rather than it being absorbed in it. It felt very uncomfortable so I was like yeah this definitely wasn’t worth the hype. So why did I give 4 stars? So I still continued using it became this bottle is too expensive to waste.. and now I’m in love. Perhaps my face got use to the feeling or maybe my skin barrier is stronger to better absorb it but whatever happened made it I longer feel uncomfortable on my skin. If you have textured skin this will make your face so soft and smooth. I use this in the mornings only and it gives me such a beautiful glow that others have even pointed out. It moisturizes my skin and I’m literally obsessed with this toner. Only problem now is how expensive one bottle is but you don’t need a lot. PS. If you’re getting this to remove dark spots like I’ve seen in some promotional videos, I wouldn’t expect much in terms of that. Light uneven skin tone? Yes overall skin health? Yes. I have dark spots and I think it contributes to my overall ROUTINE but not on its own.

I've tried several toners before, but they never really worked for me. This one is different it’s incredibly hydrating without feeling sticky, and it leaves my skin looking healthy and glowing. It absorbs well, feels lightweight, and keeps my skin feeling moisturized throughout the day. It also works well undermakeup, I have combination skin. I'll definitely keep repurchasing this product

i’ve bought this so many times, i love this toner and am so loyal to it. i can’t say enough about it, it keeps my skin barrier healthy and my skin is so hydrated because of this. it also helps me maintain clear skin.

Ok quick I got dry, sensitive, reactive, dehydrated, and eczema prone skin….🫩 ik so my skincare routine has been pretty basic for years and i wanted to up it up some more to really target persistent issues like texture, dehydration, dullnes etc. So originally I never used toner. I always thought it was just water and didn’t do anything and was a waste of money. And i do still kinda feel that way with “ph” balancing toners and using them on cotton pads (waste so much product), but as i got into korean skincare i started to realize that toners can help a lot with hydrating the skin and they often layer more watery products before locking it in with moisturizer. And if you know anything about dry or eczema prone skin is that we struggle to maintain water in our skin (aka Transepidermal water loss) at a higher rate than other skin types. So i realized just washing my face and moisturizing wasn’t enough for my dry ass skin. I needed to properly hydrate it (on the inside too, drink your water) and trap more water before locking it in with thicker creams/moisturizers etc. Okay that’s the back story of how i got to this point, so now i know what i need to do, now i just have to find products that aid in my goals. I saw a lot of people online with similar skin as me loving this toner so i bought it (also the packaging is so luxe to me). This is the epitome of nourishing. I kinda got obsessed with toners (and korean skincare) after trying this one and now use and try a bunch of them for fun but still this is the most hydrating and nourishing toner i’ve ever used thus far. Even some days it can be a bit much like my skin doesn’t need it that day, that’s how well it works. If you have oily or even normal skin i personally do not recommend this one cause it could break you out, try the light version but my dry or mature skinned girls your skin will literallly drink this up. I had bought a sample bottle first time i tried this and now im gonna buy the big bottle. Also has really nice and soothing ingredients that are good for your skin barrier but also the rice bran is a natural brightening ingredient. Once i finish up the anua rice toner im coming right back to this. I do want to try the light version for like the summer months or am though. It has a scent, some people don’t like but it’s not like perfume or anything idk but it doesn’t irritate my skin personally but with all new skincare products pls be cautious and listen to your skin. And also i thought the reason my skin didn’t looks smooth and plump was because i needed to exfoliate more but that wasn’t the case, my skin was just dehydrated. Now that i use toners and serums and layer my products aka trapping in more hydration my skin texture has improved tremendously. Also side note, i’m 23 but i always felt like my dull and dry skin made me look a bit older, so now my skin looks a lot more vibrant and juicy and youthful and feel i look more true to my age.
