I purchased my Nube water generator three years ago, and it has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I live in a high-humidity area where I used to run a dehumidifier 24/7 to prevent mold, but since buying the Nube, my home stays comfortable without the extra equipment. Another major benefit is convenience—I no longer need to carry bottled water, which has saved my back and reduced plastic waste. On top of that, I feel a real sense of security knowing I’ll always have clean, safe water right at home. The taste of the water is amazing, and the unit requires very little maintenance. After three years, I’ve had no issues at all. I highly recommend it.

No dislikes, only compliments, the RO tube was very hard to open, I had to take the tube out, and disconnect the 3 water lines, I did manage to open it, I put the RO membrane in, put the lines all back in, unfortunately, the bottom 2 got reversed, I figured it out, and my machine is working really good now, thank you Nube, and innovaqua, we'll be doing business again! Update: it's been almost a year, and my machine is still working as it should, and I'm debating getting another one, this puppy I'd pumping water non stop, if yours gets slow, grab a humidifier and set it for around 60% it works very well!! After a long time, I just replaced the first filters, my Nube is still pumping away, I stopped drinking bottled water completely, and enjoy my Nube still! Do not buy this, it worked great for three weeks and then it started making a funny sound, then a weird smell overcame our house. DO NOT BUY THIS! I will be doing and in-depth review on our past year experience in trying to return this POS item exclusively on Fanbase app!

I was really hesitant and skeptical about buying this. I read some bad reviews and it seemed a little too sketchy to throw down a lot of money on, but it’s the only thing like it on the market, and I really wanted a water generator. So I bit the bullet and bought it. And it’s been AWESOME. I haven’t had any issues with it so far like some others have reported, no problems at all, it works like a dream. My family loves it and says it’s the best water they’ve ever tasted. I’m really, really glad I got brave and bought this thing, it’s exactly what I wanted.

I was very nervous about buying this product, but am very happy with it overall. I had some trouble with it at first in terms of where to put it. Different rooms had different humidity levels. The was finding rooms with good circulation. It is producing water faster than I can consume. I would absolutely recommend this product. Easy to setup and I’m pulling water out of the air! I need to buy filters now just to have some ready to go. If you are thinking of buying this, then just do it. It does exactly what it says it does.

So far I love my machine. Past reviews make no sense to me. The machine does not need to be hooked up to no city water. It made the most refreshing freshwater I have ever tasted straight from the air. It does need a full 24 to 36 hours depending on humidity for it to stop running in that time it is a little bit loud but not too much more than old refrigerator. once it stops running it's pretty silent. pretty humid by me in a tropics so I was all set within 24-hours. I recommend not to have it near bedroom it should be in an open area. The closer to a window or door as possible it will take up all the humidity in that. The time it's making the water the warm will warm up. I don't know how much electricity this machine will use I will follow up with 30 days to see how much my bill has changed since this machine has been installed. Follow up review. How to remove a star from the five. This thing takes a lot of electricity it doubled my bill it takes the same electricity that it takes to AC my house and run all of my appliances for one month. My bill used to be $53 now it's $119.00 it works but i find it expensive to run. Also one of the benefits of living in the tropics was the humidity my skin used to be nice and supple now it's dry and ashy because the machine sucks up all the humidity from the air and literally leaves it dry like a desert. And while doing so it gets extremely hot in the apartment. Plus filters and accessories are not that cheap. This is why I give it 4 stars now. They make it so you can only purchase items from their store you need approximately four different antibacterial light bulbs at any given time and they're $60 a piece if they need to be replaced.

I am happy with this purchase and feel it adds a touch of sustainability and self sufficiency to my life. After the recent Texas storms I learned that clean drinking water is not always available. This machine coupled with my off grid solar setup gives me some peace of mind. The setup steps require strong attention and adherence but they provide a great video. All setup and no issues!

The unit arrived and I plugged it in after letting it sit. Overnight it dumped gallons of water on my wood floors from a disconnected internal water line. Total cost to repair my house is likely $30k+ because there is no easy way to do a partial repair of the wood that will match. I contacted support via Amazon and they called me back and got on a Zoom call where they walked me through disassembling the unit and reattaching the disconnected water line. The company blamed the problem on customs inspection. I have to give the support team a good score as I was able to get the unit fixed. They said at least one other customer had the same problem. That said, the process of disassembling and resembling resulted in scratched paint. The unit is much louder than I had hoped. I can hear it from almost every room in a very big house. Much louder than a refrigerator or other dehumidifiers I have used in the past. The unit lacked labels on the four front buttons. The written documentation which I read completely made no mention of YouTube videos, the YouTube videos were much better in getting the product setup and maintenance procedures complete. I received component parts to hook up to town water including water lines and filter cartridge but the filter container was missing. Perhaps customs forgot to re-box everything? The "leak detector" triggered but was unable to actually stop the unit from causing damage nor sound an alarm loud enough to wake me up. Bottom line, keep your eye out for leaks for the first 48 hours of operation.
